defending a claim. After review of the case, a written claim evaluation is sent
to the client with a summary of the allegations, benefits history, medical
synopsis and discussion of important issues, including any subrogation potential
that may be involved. Comments and recommendations are made on how to resolve
the claim in an expeditious, cost effective manner and a summary is provided to
the client via telephone or mail every 30 to 60 days.
George Corson has been Certified as a Specialist in Workers Compensation by
the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization since 1998. He is
available to give Seminars in the areas of Regaining Medical Control, Case Law
Updates, and Lien Liability Mitigation.
