What We Do
Our entire firm practices Workers' Compensation Defense solely for the benefit of carriers and employers. Although many firms straddle the fence by taking Applicant and Defense work, John Bredfeldt and all the Associates believe that competent and unmitigated advocacy requires that the Employer's interests never be diluted. Employer liability for allegations of Wrongful Termination or Serious & Willful Misconduct are handled quickly and efficiently, with discretion and full Discovery. Uninsured Employers are accepted with a retainer and procurement of insurance against future liability. No one should have the same misfortune a second time, but we are able and willing to mitigate the present and past liability against increasing administrative penalties that complicate the medical and legal issues of the regular claim. Many adjusters recommend our firm to employers with difficult employees or high accident frequency so that all claims can be paid or litigated depending on the early investigation /deposition. We also welcome Employer attendance and participation in Deposition discovery, since an informed Employer is better able to assist and understand the litigation needs of the carrier for mitigation of exposure.
